ADS Schulz Air Dryers – Designed for Easy Inspection & Maintenance

The ADS Schulz line of Air Dryers is designed to facilitate inspection and maintenance operations. Panels are easily removable, allowing immediate access to internal components. ADS Schulz Dryers feature a quick-disconnect automatic drain valve that requires no special tools for maintenance and cleaning.

⚙️ The dryer’s operation is monitored by an electronic controller that digitally indicates temperature and dew point, controls the drain valve via a timer, and manages the condenser fan through a probe. Refrigerant is circulated through the system using high-efficiency compressors for optimal performance.

• Dryers require a minimum 1 Micron Pre-Filter / Separator to remove heavy moisture and debris

• Always install dryers in a vertical position

⚠️ Critical:
Refrigerated Air Dryers must be used in conjunction with a minimum 5 Micron Particulate Filter, Water Separator, or Coalescing Filter. It is vital to remove pooling liquid water from compressed air lines before air enters the dryer to ensure optimal operation and prevent damage.
