Warranty, Return and Refund Policies

Warranty

The warranty is strictly from the manufacturer. If you find defects in the product within the warranty of the product, you will have to email us (plumbestore@gmail.com) with a subject “Warranty Claims - product name). The email body should describe the problem and attach images if possible. We will advise you on the next step.

In many cases, larger items such as boilers, and water heaters that are malfunctioning will not be eligible for a whole unit exchange. Warranty policies for such items typically cover parts only. Most manufacturer warranties will allow for parts replacement only. So, it is recommended that you contact us immediately.

 

Non-refundable/ Non-returnable products

Some of the items listed on the website are non-returnable/ non-refundable, such as parts, and they would be labeled specifically on the website. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items.

 

Received a wrong product

If, for some circumstances, you receive an incorrect product (not the product you had ordered) you will need to notify plumbEstore immediately (within five days of receiving the order). You will need to email us or call our support number to process the request. We will ship your replacement as soon as we receive the return. The product must be returned in new, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

 

Received a damaged product

The products from plumbEstore are shipped using UPS to the receivers in the United States. In case you received a damaged product, you will have to file a claim with UPS using this link. You will also have to notify plumbEstore immediately via email or by calling the customer support. The product/ package will be inspected by UPS if required. If the claim is authorized and issued by the UPS, we will receive a notification by UPS.

Please inspect all freight packages carefully before signing. If a package looks damaged in any way as a result of the shipping process, please do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and please contact plumbEstore immediately with a description of the damage. We will contact the freight company and begin a claim so that we can send a new product to you right away. If you are unsure whether the shipment looks damaged or not, please inspect it further and open it in front of the driver before signing that it has been received. In case you noticed damages after the driver has left, you must notify us immediately and also file a claim with UPS using the link provided.

Received a defective product

plumbEstore should be notified of the defective product within the 30 days of the receipt. You will have to email or call us with the description of the defect. If you are emailing us, it is recommended to attach the photos of the defective product or parts.

For the items that allow returns, you should return the defective product immediately in the same box it was received in with the original packaging. We will ship your product after we receive your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us via email or phone to process the return. You will be given details about the return upon this request.

The product returned should be unused, new and in their original packaging. If opened, you must securely pack the product in the original product packaging. You must include all the paperwork, parts and accessories. The returned item will be inspected upon arrival. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. You will receive a full refund deducting only for shipping costs (no processing fees). 

Returns On Freight Shipping Orders

If your order requires LTL freight shipping and you request a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  

Changing your order

You can make changes after placing the order before the order has been shipped. For that, you will have to contact us immediately either via email, phone call or using the contact form on the website. Please include your order number and your best contact number if you are emailing us or using the contact form on the website. If you are calling us, please be prepared with your order number. If you want to change your order after it is shipped, you will have to wait till you receive your shipment and then process the return.
