Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You must contact us via email or phone to process the return. You will be given details about the return upon this request.

The product returned should be unused, new and in their original packaging. If opened, you must securely pack the product in the original product packaging. You must include all the paperwork, parts and accessories. The returned item will be inspected upon arrival. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase

Returns On Freight Shipping Orders

If your order requires LTL freight shipping and you request a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Some of the items listed on the website are non-returnable/ non-refundable, such as parts. We do not accept returns or cancellations on these items once the order is placed. However, the manufacturer's warranty still applies to these items.
