VENTS ERV 80 EC – Complete Energy Recovery Ventilation System

The VENTS ERV 80 EC delivers continuous fresh air while exhausting an equal amount of stale air, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, apartments, cottages, and small offices. Designed for reliability and efficiency, this unit comes with a 5-year warranty.

🛡️ Filters: Washable MERV 6 air filters in both exhaust and supply streams. Optional supply filter: anti-grease aluminum.

🏗️ Casing: Steel construction coated with high-quality multilayer aluminum and zinc alloy for superior corrosion protection. Equipped with a safety switch to turn the ventilator off when the service panel is opened.

💧 Enthalpic Core: The ERV 80 EC core recovers both heat and humidity. No drain is required for the enthalpic core.

🔇 Noise Level: Quiet operation at 1.4 Sones (30 L/s @ 50 Pa).

⚙️ Integrated Control System:

Operation mode switch for easy control.
Airflow balancing with independent fan speed adjustment (0–100%) displayed on the built-in screen.
Automatic frost protection for the recovery core.

❄️ Defrost System: Antifreeze electronic protection safeguards the energy recovery core. The supply fan temporarily shuts off according to temperature sensor settings while warm extract air defrosts the core. The ventilator then resumes normal operation under rated conditions.

💨 Fans: High-efficiency EC motors with backward-curved blades, externally mounted with dynamically balanced impellers. EC motors offer high performance and full speed control for precise airflow adjustment.
