Rusco 1" Chemical-Resistant Spin-Down Sediment Filter
The Rusco 1" Chemical-Resistant Spin-Down Sediment Filter provides reusable sediment filtration for water systems where corrosive additives, challenging water chemistry, reclaimed water, or chemical-feed conditions may be present.
Rusco combines its Spin-Down filtration design with a chemical-resistant transparent cover. The transparent cover allows sediment accumulation to remain visible while helping the filter resist chemicals and corrosive conditions.
The 1" configuration supports a 1–25 GPM flow range, measures 11-3/8" L × 5" W, and uses 1" slip inlet and outlet connections.
Chemical Resistant models are available with either polyester or stainless steel filtration elements. Both filter-element types are removable, washable, and reusable.

Stainless Steel Chemical-Resistant Models
The 1" stainless steel Chemical Resistant family is available in 30, 60, 100, 140, 200, 250, 500, and 1000 mesh. Stainless steel is not listed in 24 or 40 mesh.

Very nice expansion tank. Mine is a 16 gallon. Has feet so it will sit on the floor next to your boiler and doesn’t have to be mounted on the wall.
It’s sturdy enough to support your Air Separator, Pressure Regulator and Backflow Preventer.
I recently installed my new 29kw BTH Ultra boiler and so far I am really impressed.
We live in an old 2 story brick farmhouse built in 1814! This unit replaced an Outdoor Wood Boiler with a 750 gallon tank. It was about 30 years old and last winter the tank rusted thru and busted.
We have 11 cast iron “American Radiators” and they heat the house well.
The BTH will heat all the water to 150 degrees in about an hour and we don’t have to build a fire and wait hours.
The most impressive part is the Outdoor Temperature sensor. When it’s not that cold outside, the unit doesn’t turn on all the elements at once and slowly heats the water which saves a lot of electricity in the warmer months!
I’m looking forward to see how well it does when the temperature drops between 0-30 and it snows and I don’t have to go outside several times a day and load wood. I’m confident the Ghost Rider will perform!

The boiler works great easy install. But the tech support we got hold of was in French so not a lot of help.manual was easy to follow on wiring

Haven't tested when water is in the system but over all is better than oatey no 5.
