Rusco 1" Spin-Down Sediment Filter
The Rusco 1" Spin-Down Sediment Filter provides reusable sediment filtration for residential water systems, well water, irrigation, and general sediment pre-filtration. Rusco's Spin-Down design helps separate and collect suspended sediment while allowing the filter to be inspected and flushed during routine service.
The 1" Spin-Down family is available with polyester or stainless steel filter elements, depending on the selected model. Both element types are removable, washable, and reusable.
The standard 1" Spin-Down filter supports a 1–25 GPM flow range, measures 11-3/8" long × 5" wide, and uses 1" slip inlet and outlet connections.

Very nice expansion tank. Mine is a 16 gallon. Has feet so it will sit on the floor next to your boiler and doesn’t have to be mounted on the wall.
It’s sturdy enough to support your Air Separator, Pressure Regulator and Backflow Preventer.
I recently installed my new 29kw BTH Ultra boiler and so far I am really impressed.
We live in an old 2 story brick farmhouse built in 1814! This unit replaced an Outdoor Wood Boiler with a 750 gallon tank. It was about 30 years old and last winter the tank rusted thru and busted.
We have 11 cast iron “American Radiators” and they heat the house well.
The BTH will heat all the water to 150 degrees in about an hour and we don’t have to build a fire and wait hours.
The most impressive part is the Outdoor Temperature sensor. When it’s not that cold outside, the unit doesn’t turn on all the elements at once and slowly heats the water which saves a lot of electricity in the warmer months!
I’m looking forward to see how well it does when the temperature drops between 0-30 and it snows and I don’t have to go outside several times a day and load wood. I’m confident the Ghost Rider will perform!
Thanks.
The boiler works great easy install. But the tech support we got hold of was in French so not a lot of help.manual was easy to follow on wiring
Easy purchase - exactly what I needed
