Rusco CF 1-1/2" Combo Style Spin-Down Sediment Filter
The Rusco CF 1-1/2" Combo Style Spin-Down Sediment Filter provides reusable sediment filtration for residential, agricultural, irrigation, commercial, and industrial water systems.
Rusco's Spin-Down design helps capture sand, grit, scale, rust, and other suspended sediment before it reaches pumps, valves, irrigation equipment, pressure tanks, and downstream treatment equipment. Collected sediment can be discharged through the bottom flush valve, while the reusable filter element can be cleaned and returned to service.
The defining feature of the CF Combo Style is its unique body with three plumbing openings. This provides greater installation flexibility than Rusco's standard straight-through T-Style configuration.
The 1-1/2" Combo Style supports a 10–50 GPM flow range, uses 1-1/2" slip connections, and measures approximately 16-5/8" L × 5-1/4" W.
This family is available with polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh. Separate Chemical-Resistant versions are also available with either polyester or stainless steel elements and a chemical-resistant filter cover.

Very nice expansion tank. Mine is a 16 gallon. Has feet so it will sit on the floor next to your boiler and doesn’t have to be mounted on the wall.
It’s sturdy enough to support your Air Separator, Pressure Regulator and Backflow Preventer.
I recently installed my new 29kw BTH Ultra boiler and so far I am really impressed.
We live in an old 2 story brick farmhouse built in 1814! This unit replaced an Outdoor Wood Boiler with a 750 gallon tank. It was about 30 years old and last winter the tank rusted thru and busted.
We have 11 cast iron “American Radiators” and they heat the house well.
The BTH will heat all the water to 150 degrees in about an hour and we don’t have to build a fire and wait hours.
The most impressive part is the Outdoor Temperature sensor. When it’s not that cold outside, the unit doesn’t turn on all the elements at once and slowly heats the water which saves a lot of electricity in the warmer months!
I’m looking forward to see how well it does when the temperature drops between 0-30 and it snows and I don’t have to go outside several times a day and load wood. I’m confident the Ghost Rider will perform!
