Rusco 1" Sediment Trapper Filter
The Rusco 1" Sediment Trapper Filter provides reusable sediment filtration for residential, agricultural, irrigation, commercial, and general equipment-protection applications.
Unlike Rusco's standard Spin-Down design, the Sediment Trapper uses an extended lower collection chamber that provides additional space for sediment to collect below the filtration element. This helps keep captured debris away from the screen while allowing accumulated sediment to be flushed through the bottom valve.
The 1" Sediment Trapper uses 1" FPT inlet and outlet connections, supports a 1–25 GPM flow range, and measures approximately 14-3/8" L × 5" W.
Standard models are available with polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh. Rusco also offers separate Chemical-Resistant versions with a chemical-resistant cover.

Very nice expansion tank. Mine is a 16 gallon. Has feet so it will sit on the floor next to your boiler and doesn’t have to be mounted on the wall.
It’s sturdy enough to support your Air Separator, Pressure Regulator and Backflow Preventer.
I recently installed my new 29kw BTH Ultra boiler and so far I am really impressed.
We live in an old 2 story brick farmhouse built in 1814! This unit replaced an Outdoor Wood Boiler with a 750 gallon tank. It was about 30 years old and last winter the tank rusted thru and busted.
We have 11 cast iron “American Radiators” and they heat the house well.
The BTH will heat all the water to 150 degrees in about an hour and we don’t have to build a fire and wait hours.
The most impressive part is the Outdoor Temperature sensor. When it’s not that cold outside, the unit doesn’t turn on all the elements at once and slowly heats the water which saves a lot of electricity in the warmer months!
I’m looking forward to see how well it does when the temperature drops between 0-30 and it snows and I don’t have to go outside several times a day and load wood. I’m confident the Ghost Rider will perform!

The boiler works great easy install. But the tech support we got hold of was in French so not a lot of help.manual was easy to follow on wiring
