ADS Schulz Air Dryers – Easy Maintenance & Reliable Performance

The ADS Schulz line of air dryers is designed to simplify inspection and maintenance. The panels are easily removable, allowing immediate access to internal components. These dryers feature a quick-disconnect automatic drain valve that requires no special tools for maintenance and cleaning. The dryer’s operation is monitored by an electronic controller, which digitally indicates temperature and dew point, controls the drain valve through a timer, and manages the condenser fan via a probe. Refrigerant is circulated through the system using high-efficiency compressors.

Refrigerated air dryers must be used in conjunction with a minimum 5 micron particulate filter, water separator, or coalescing filter. It is vital to remove pooling liquid water from compressed air lines before the air enters the dryer to ensure optimal performance and prevent damage.
