The Senville AURA SENA-36HF/DIC is a high-efficiency 36,000 BTU dual-zone ceiling cassette mini split heat pump system designed to provide discreet, year-round heating and cooling for two separate spaces. The DIC1818 configuration pairs the outdoor condenser with two 18,000 BTU ceiling cassette indoor units, giving each zone independent temperature control while keeping the indoor equipment recessed into the ceiling for a clean, low-profile installation.
The system uses Senville’s inverter technology and delivers up to 23 SEER2 efficiency. It provides both cooling and heat-pump operation, including cold-climate heating down to -22°F / -30°C. Senville also includes features such as dehumidification, Follow Me control, self-diagnostics, refrigerant leak detection, and ultra-quiet operation.
The system is pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant and includes installation-kit components. Professional installation is required. Senville backs the system with a 10-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty.
