The Senville AURA SENA-30HF-T 28,000 BTU Tri-Zone Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heat Pump delivers efficient heating and cooling for up to three separate zones from a single outdoor condenser. Designed for homes, offices, apartments, and other multi-room applications, this system combines high efficiency, quiet operation, smart controls, and cold-climate heating in one flexible ductless solution. Senville rates the system at 23 SEER2, with 27,000 BTU rated cooling, 27,000 BTU rated heating, and operation down to -22°F (-30°C).
Each system includes three wall-mounted indoor air handlers and is available in multiple indoor-unit combinations, including 9K + 9K + 9K, 9K + 9K + 12K, and 12K + 12K + 12K, depending on the selected SKU. The family also offers 16 ft, 25 ft, and 50 ft installation-pack configurations, allowing the line-set lengths to be matched more closely to the installation layout. Senville confirms 16 ft as the standard line-set length and also offers 25 ft and 50 ft options.
The AURA tri-zone platform uses R454B refrigerant and comes factory pre-charged for up to 75 ft of total refrigerant line. Smart-home functionality is built in through Alexa-enabled control, allowing temperature adjustments, scheduling, and system control through compatible voice or app interfaces. The system is also ENERGY STAR certified and includes built-in diagnostics and refrigerant leak detection.
Designed for year-round comfort, the SENA-30HF-T combines inverter-driven performance with independent zone control so each connected room can be operated according to its own comfort requirements. Senville backs the system with a 10-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty. Professional installation is required to maintain warranty coverage and ensure proper system performance.
