Lawler 87500-00 TMM-1070® Thermostatic Mechanical Mixing Valve
The Lawler 87500-00 TMM-1070® Thermostatic Mechanical Mixing Valve is designed to mix hot and cold water at the point of use for under-the-counter applications.
This compact valve uses 3/8" compression fittings and includes a high-temperature limit stop designed to shut down water flow above 120°F.

- High-Temperature Limit Stop: Designed to shut down water flow if the temperature rises above 120°F.
- Compact Design: Small Type T valve with 3/8" compression fittings for under-the-counter installation.
- Point-of-Use Applications: Suitable for hand lavatories, electronic faucets, sensor faucets, and metering faucets.
- Built-In Backflow Protection: Integral rubber duck-bill backflow checks are included within the inlets.
- Simple Temperature Adjustment: Turn the dial clockwise to lower outlet temperature and counterclockwise to raise it.
- Adjustment Limit: The valve cannot be adjusted above its stated 120°F shut-off point.
