Lawler TMM-1070T Point-of-Use Thermostatic Mixing Valve
The Lawler TMM-1070T thermostatic mechanical mixing valve is designed to mix hot and cold water at the point of use. It includes a cold-water compression tee and a high-temperature limit stop designed to shut down water flow above 120°F.
This compact Type T valve uses 3/8" compression fittings and is intended for under-the-counter applications such as hand lavatories, electronic faucets, sensor faucets, and metering faucets.
